RETURN POLICY

 

 

We want you to be totally satisfied with your LiaMo purchase. If you need to return an iten for any reason please read the following conditions and return instructions so that your request can be addressed as quickly as possible.


Returning Goods

Please contact us to authorise your return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Email us at info@myliamo.com - please quote your order number and reason for return. We will send you an RMA number which should be clearly displayed on your return shipping label.

 

You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your returns number. You will receive your returns number by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned and received  within 14 days of receiving your returns number.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

Special orders, made to order, limited editons, customised and sale items are all final sale and can not be returned.

Eligible items for refund need to be returned by courier service and reach us within 28 days of original delivery. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. This is outside of our control and dependant on your credit card provider. Shipping fees and any international taxes/duties will not be refunded.

 

 

Conditions of returns

Goods must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, with all MYLIAMO.COM and garment tags still attached. Goods must be packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original gift box. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Merchandise must be returned in one package.

All items should be returned in the original cardboard outer carton which protects the gift box.  If this is not possible an alternative cardboard box may be used.

Your return should include the original packing slip so we are able to identify the return quickly and efficiently. Goods must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the return authorisation being granted.

 

International Returns

Please note that any international customs duties and taxes paid on receipt of goods are not refundable and you will be refunded the product cost only

 

Refunding the purchase

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
  • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase (GBP)
  • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
  • The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider

 

 

Faulty Goods

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately. Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty upon delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during cleaning if our care instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault. Otherwise you will receive a refund to the original method of payment.

BESPOKE EMBROIDERED AND MONOGRAMMED ITEMS

Please note that we are not able to refund or exchange personalised items. All sales of items that have been personalised with bespoke embroidery or monogrammed are final. Unless the item is faulty, no exchange, credit note or refund will be offered and the conditions set out above will not apply.

 

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note that all sales of sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against sale purchases and the conditions set out above will not apply. Sale items do not include items purchased with a 10% discount code.
